Shared sign-in

Ketrium Identity

Ketrium Identity is the single sign-on service behind every Ketrium Labs product. It's built on Zitadel, hosted at id.ketriumlabs.com, and it's what "Sign in with Google" actually authenticates against on any of our products.

Ketrium Identity is the single sign-on service that sits behind every product Ketrium Labs operates. It is not something you visit on its own — you meet it the moment you click "Sign in" or "Sign in with Google" on one of our products, and it hands you back to the product you started from once you're authenticated.

Why one identity service instead of four

ClickTrail, CiteTrail, and NeuralEye are separate applications with separate purposes, and our internal admin console is a separate tool again. Rather than each one running its own login system, they all authenticate against the same service. That means one account, one password (or one Google sign-in), and one place session security is maintained — instead of four.

What it's built on

Ketrium Identity runs on Zitadel, an open-source identity and access management platform. We host our own instance of it at id.ketriumlabs.com. Zitadel handles the mechanics of authentication — password checks, OAuth handshakes with providers like Google, session tokens, and multi-factor sign-in where it's enabled — so that none of our products have to implement that themselves.

Which products use it

If you have ever created an account or signed in on any of these, Ketrium Identity is what processed that sign-in.

What "Sign in with Google" actually does

When you choose "Sign in with Google" on a Ketrium Labs product, your browser is sent to Google, where you approve the request. Google then hands a small set of profile details (your name, email address, and profile photo, depending on what you approve) back to Ketrium Identity at id.ketriumlabs.com — not directly to the product you started on. Ketrium Identity uses that to create or recognize your account, then redirects you back to the product, signed in.

Data and terms

What data flows through this service, how long it's kept, and who can see it is covered in the Ketrium Identity Privacy Policy. The terms governing the identity layer itself — separate from each product's own terms — are in the Ketrium Identity Terms of Service.

This is not each product's own policy

Ketrium Identity covers only the shared authentication layer: creating your account, verifying who you are, and maintaining your session. It does not cover what a product does with your data once you're signed in — link data in ClickTrail, monitoring data in CiteTrail, video data in NeuralEye, and so on. Each product has its own privacy policy and terms of service covering that.
