This policy covers Ketrium Identity, the shared sign-in service Ketrium Labs runs at id.ketriumlabs.com on top of Zitadel, an open-source identity platform. It describes what personal data passes through this service specifically — not what any product does with your data once you're signed in.
What this service is
Ketrium Identity is the authentication layer behind ClickTrail, CiteTrail, NeuralEye, and the Ketrium Labs admin console. When you create an account or sign in on any of those products, the sign-in itself is handled here.
What we collect
To create and maintain your account, Ketrium Identity stores:
- Your name and email address
- A securely hashed password, if you sign in with a password
- Authentication tokens and session state (so you stay signed in between visits)
- Basic technical metadata tied to sign-in events (timestamp, and IP address for security purposes such as detecting suspicious login attempts)
If you sign in with Google
Choosing "Sign in with Google" sends you to Google's own consent screen, where you see and approve exactly what is shared. Depending on what you approve, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We use this only to create or recognize your account — we do not receive your Google password, and we do not access anything else in your Google account.
How long we keep it
We keep your identity account data for as long as your account with any Ketrium Labs product remains active. If you delete your account on every product that uses Ketrium Identity, or ask us to close your identity account directly, we delete the underlying identity record, other than what we're required to retain for security or legal reasons (for example, logs kept briefly for abuse investigation).
Who can access it
Identity data is accessible only to the Ketrium Labs founders operating the Zitadel instance, and to Zitadel itself as the software processing the sign-in on our infrastructure. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the sign-in service (for example, Google, when you choose to sign in that way).
This is not each product's own privacy policy
Once you're signed in, what a product does with your data — your links in ClickTrail, your monitoring data in CiteTrail, your video data in NeuralEye — is covered by that product's own privacy policy, not this one. This document covers only the sign-in layer.
Your choices
Email privacy@ketriumlabs.com to ask what identity account data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Security
Authentication is handled by Zitadel, and sessions use standard token-based security practices. If you believe you've found a vulnerability in Ketrium Identity, email security@ketriumlabs.com.
Changes to this policy
If how this service handles data ever changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
