This policy covers ketriumlabs.com, the company website of Ketrium Labs. It is written in plain English on purpose: this is a small, static site, and there is very little to disclose.
What this site does not do
- No analytics and no tracking pixels.
- No advertising.
- No cookies set by this site.
- No accounts, no logins, no profiles.
Loading a page here does not send us anything about you.
The one thing stored on your device
If you switch between the dark and light theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key, ketrium-theme. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact form
The contact form is the only place this site collects personal data. If you use it, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, only if you choose to add it
- Your message
- The inquiry category you picked
Submissions are sent to a small backend service we run on Google Cloud. They land in a private spreadsheet that only the founders can access, and an email notification goes to hello@ketriumlabs.com so we can reply quickly.
How we use what you send
Solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, and do not add you to any marketing list. We keep submissions as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Email us at any time and we will show you what we have, correct it, or delete it.
Please do not send sensitive information (passwords, financial details, government ID numbers) through the form; it is not the right channel for that.
Live product previews
Some pages embed live previews of our products in iframes. When a preview loads, your browser visits that product's own domain, the same as opening the product site directly, and that product's own policies apply to what happens there.
Our products are covered separately
NeuralEye, CiteTrail, and ClickTrail are separate applications on their own domains, each with its own privacy policy and terms. This document covers only ketriumlabs.com. If you use one of the products, please read that product's policies on its own site.
Your choices
Email privacy@ketriumlabs.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Because the contact form is the only way this site collects data, that is usually a single spreadsheet row and an email thread.
Reporting a security issue
Found a vulnerability in this site or one of our products? Email security@ketriumlabs.com with details — see /.well-known/security.txt for our disclosure contact in the standard machine-readable format.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles data ever changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
