About Ketrium Labs

We met in college and never really stopped building together — first freelancing, then a services company, always shipping other people's ideas. The same unsolved problems kept coming back, so we built the products ourselves.

THREAD // college → freelance → services → pivot → three products

The thread

How we got here.

  1. Node 01

    College

We met in college and never really stopped building together.

  2. Node 02

    The freelance years

Freelancing first: shipping other people’s ideas and learning what actually holds up in production.

  3. Node 03

    The services company

Then client services: real deadlines, real users, and the same unsolved problems coming back in every project.

  4. Node 04

    The pivot

So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix them and started building the products ourselves.

Founders

The three of us.

Ketrium Labs is a product company run by its three co-founders — same friends, same bet.

Kruthik Gowda P R

Co-founder · Full-stack

“We’ve been building together since college. I work the whole stack, frontend to backend. We shipped for the services world first, then for ourselves. The only real difference now is the name on the work: it’s ours.”

Kiran Kumar H

Co-founder · ML & backend

“My corner is the heavy machinery: the models, the pipelines, the backend that has to keep its promises. When that layer is right, everything above it feels simple. That’s the standard our products are held to.”

Kumar R

Co-founder · Design lead

“Design isn’t decoration; it’s the user’s journey. I’ve led design long enough to know you shape that first and let the screens follow. It’s why our products feel obvious the first time you open them.”

Full record

The story, in full.

We met in college and never really stopped building together. We started the way a lot of people do: freelancing, then taking on services work, shipping other people's ideas and learning what actually holds up in production.

Somewhere in all that client work, we kept running into the same unsolved problems. So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix them and built the products ourselves: NeuralEye, CiteTrail, and ClickTrail.

Ketrium Labs is what that turned into: a product company run by the three of us, Kruthik Gowda P R, Kiran Kumar H, and Kumar R. Same friends, same bet, now building products for real use cases instead of billing hours.
