These terms govern your use of Ketrium Identity, the shared sign-in service Ketrium Labs operates at id.ketriumlabs.com. You agree to them the moment you create an account or sign in through this service, on any of the products it serves.
What this covers
Ketrium Identity is the authentication layer shared by ClickTrail, CiteTrail, NeuralEye, and the Ketrium Labs admin console. It handles creating your account, verifying your identity at sign-in (including via Google OAuth), and maintaining your session across a visit. These terms cover only that layer.
Each product's own terms apply separately
Signing in through Ketrium Identity does not by itself grant you rights to use any particular product, and using a product's features is governed by that product's own terms of service, not these. These terms exist alongside — not instead of — each product's terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password, or the Google account you use to sign in) secure, and for anything that happens under your account as a result of failing to do so. Tell us promptly at security@ketriumlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the sign-in system or any account that isn't yours
- Automate or script sign-in attempts outside of normal, authorized product use
- Share your account credentials with anyone else, or use another person's account without permission
Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, you separately agree to Google's own terms for that authentication. We only receive the profile details Google's consent screen tells you about before you approve the sign-in.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Ketrium Identity available and secure, but sign-in, like any service, can experience downtime or maintenance windows. We are not liable for a product being unreachable because the shared sign-in service was temporarily unavailable.
No warranty
Ketrium Identity is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ketrium Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ketrium Identity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, the same entity and jurisdiction as the rest of Ketrium Labs' terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date on this page reflects the latest version.
